A bit about me

Joshua Tiernan

I spent years building businesses the bootstrapped way: no team, no outside money, just me and the right tools. Six of them ended in an exit.

The biggest was No Code Founders, which grew into the largest no-code community in the world, with more than 38,000 members and sponsors like Notion, Squarespace, and Xero. The work has been featured in the New York Times and Fortune. I sold it, missed it, and came back as CEO to build it properly for the long haul.

Now my focus is simple: independent businesses I care about, built to last rather than to flip. That's No Code Founders, that's Tiny Empires, and that's the church software I help grow at Sola.

I'm based in the UK. When I'm not building, I'm usually parenting, reading, or somewhere in church history.
